The demands of international competition can only be overcome by having
trained employees. Qualified training in the commercial and industrial sectors
is therefore a high priority at Ludwig Schneider.

From learning the operation of a modern production plant to acquiring the
necessary manual skills - economical production of precision instruments
demands specific skills that can only be acquired through good training and
continuing education.

Careful and comprehensive training of junior staff who secure the future of
our company is our highest priority. Many of our apprentices were chamber
and regional winners and awarded for their final exams. Most recently, one
of our apprentices for the occupation thermometer maker was even honoured
as national winner in 2009.

We are proud of the occupational successes of our young qualified employees.
